Does Charting Now work during US timing?
Currently, operating house for Charting Now are based on IST (Indian Standard Time). We have adequate level of experience in managing projects by communicating via emails and are flexible enough to be available for a few initial calls that maybe required.

In addition to that, if the volume of work is large and regular, operations during the US working hours can be considered.

How do you charge? What is your rate card?
Each project is evaluated based on complexity, number of slides, historical references, need for significance testing, input data format, automation requirement and other such parameters. The number of hours required for project execution are calculated and the final quote is arrived at.

When you ask for a quote, we will share our hourly estimates with you and be completely transparent in our calculations.

Depending on the requirement, we may also recommend or offer the FTE (full time employee) option for your comfort and convenience.
